How It Works

1. Contact us with your idea and budget
2. We'll reply within 48 hours with a detailed quote
3. A 50% deposit confirms your order and locks in the gold price
4. Your piece is crafted in our Casablanca workshop (3–6 weeks)
5. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup

Important Notes

• All custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin production
• Gold pricing is locked at the spot rate on the date your deposit is received
• Custom pieces are non-refundable once production has begun
