What is not covered

The exclusions

Normal wear (everyday scratches), damage caused by impact, deformation, contact with chemicals, repairs carried out by a third party, or loss and theft are not covered. To extend the life of your jewel, see our care guide.

How it works

Making a claim

Write to us at info@tarikijewellery.com with your order number and photos of the jewel.

Our workshop reviews your request and replies within 2 to 3 business days.

If the defect is covered, we repair or replace the piece — return shipping is arranged with you, fully insured.
