Returns & exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. Ready-made pieces may be returned within 30 days in original condition, with their packaging and certificate. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production has begun.

Gold pricing
Gold prices fluctuate with the market. Prices shown on this website are updated regularly to reflect current market rates. For custom orders, the gold price is locked at the spot rate on the date your deposit is received.
