Shipping &Returns
Every piece travels insured, tracked and sealed in its numbered case — from our Casablanca workshop to your door.
Delivery
Our jewellery is handmade in our family workshop in Casablanca, Morocco, then imported into Canada and shipped from our Montreal office. We deliver within Canada only, to every province and territory.
These are the only two lead times we publish. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays. If something unforeseen delays your order, we let you know by email; if the published lead time cannot be met, you may cancel and receive a full refund, unless your made-to-size piece is already in production.
Returns & exchanges
In-stock pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, in their original condition, with their packaging and certificate. Return shipping is at the customer's expense: we send you the return instructions, but we do not provide a prepaid return label.
Pieces made to a custom size are not accepted for return once production has begun at the workshop. You may cancel at no cost as long as production has not started.
A manufacturing defect is always taken back, including on a made-to-size piece and beyond the 30-day window: we repair, replace or refund, and we cover the shipping. Report the problem by email with photos to youssef.amhal@tarikijewellery.com.
Gold weight adjustment
For a piece made to a custom size, the displayed price is an estimate based on gold weight for your size. Once the piece is finished, it is weighed and the price is adjusted to its actual weight.
If the actual weight exceeds the estimate, an additional invoice is sent to you for the difference. If it is lower, a refund is issued. The difference is calculated at the same per-gram rate as the displayed price: no margin, no added fees.
This adjustment is always sent to you before shipping, never after. The parcel only leaves Montreal once you know the final amount. You will never receive a surprise invoice after delivery.
